Through the continual development of the company and its personnel we offer a full range of up to date, innovative and creative health and beauty treatments, performed by only the highest skilled therapists and stylists, in a luxurious, exclusive environment.

Treatment Bookings

All booking should be made in advance to avoid disappointment. For hair colour and tinting a patch test will be required 24 hours before treatment. Use of the spa is reserved for persons over 16 years of age. 50% payment is required to secure your booking.

Medical

It is important that you advise us in advance of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your treatment when making your reservation. Upon arrival at the spa you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire.

Gift Vouchers

Treat someone special to a gift voucher. Vouchers can be purchased over the telephone, by e-mail or in person at the salon. All vouchers are valid for 3 months and are non returnable.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or change a booking.
50% cancellation fee will be charged for less than 24 hours notice.
No show to an appointment will be charged in full.

Arrival time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals may not be able to experience the full benefits of the treatment/service.

Dress Code

Robes, slippers and towels are provided for all day spa guests. Please bring swimwear for use in the infrared thermal cabin and spa bath. Disposable briefs can be provided for all tanning and wrap treatments.
